This backyard was a mess of different levels and covered in artificial turf in an attempt to make sellable.

First we needed to determine what stays and what goes. Thankfully the client was in agreement to only keep the basic pool shell and water feature. Everything else was headed to the dump.

Dealing with older man made rock work to update and make it look more real.

The Solution

We removed all the man made rock work around the spa to add Pacific Stone coping for a more practical and luxurious feel. The new Patio Outdoor Living was a huge new addition to the pool and spa in this backyard party extravaganza.
