I love sibling rivalries. We finished an amazing project in Rossmoor and his brother wanted to take it a step further with a bigger lot so we could get more and bigger features.
Ultra clean, ultra cool thought went into this pool, spa, patio cover and cook center. It was nice to have more space than the average to work with. At the end of the project, everyone is ecstatic.
The Challenge
The biggest challenge was the engineering needed to build a massive 4K Aluminum Patio Cover with the fewest posts and have them out of the way.
The Solution
The solution was to have large posts and footings in the back with the ability to cantilever the cover so to not have posts close to the pool.
