After years of living in Oklahoma, this client returned to Rossmoor to the home her father lived in for years.
“We started out with a 68 year old property that hadn’t seen love most of its life. We ended up with a gorgeous paradise in our very own yard.

The property was ready for a complete remodel after years of neglect. Sunset was in charge of adding a pool, spa, patio cover, BBQ and all new hardscape and landscaping for both front and rear yards.
The Challenge
The challenge was that the customer was still living in OK and visited the jobsite once per month. This meant we needed to communicate daily with email, digital plans, 3D renders, phone and text messages.
The Solution
With excellent communication we completed the project with a customer that was tickled with the end result, “Rossmoor Outdoor Living Oasis”.
