This is a very special project that became a legacy for the family. We are very proud of the end result with an amazing elevated pool and spa including all the bells and whistles. It more than doubled the usable party space for all.

The biggest challenge was getting the permit from the City of Seal Beach. Once the permit was in hand, the project went very smoothly.
The Solution
We inform potential clients of the possible delay of multiple weeks due to the City. In the meantime, we work on the design and plan to be ready to go full speed ahead.
