Many Rossmoor pools were built shortly after the homes were built in the late 50’s. This one appeared to be one of them and needed a complete facelift.

The only part that was left to utilize was the pool shell itself. All other facets were new from plumbing, electrical, equipment, decking and more. We added a Baja shelf, new steps and a gorgeous water feature.

The Challenge

There are fewer challenges with a pool remodel versus a new build as the hole is already in the yard. The challenge becomes getting out all of the old debris around the decking is cumbersome.

The Solution

Using strong manpower vs machinery. Getting a Bobcat tractor into some yards is not feasible. Having an industrious demolition crew gets the job done with far less damage to the property as a whole.
