I am very excited to have three Sunset projects on the Rossmoor Woman’s Club 13th Annual Outdoor Living and Garden Tour.

Tis the season to get out and see what your neighbors have been doing to improve their properties and give you some good ideas. We are proud to sponsor the event by developing and printing the ticket book. This is a wonderful cause and we are always glad to help out. See you in the Gardens on Sunday, May 15, 10am – 4pm. Tickets are only $10 and are available on the Rossmoor Woman’s Club website here.

“Mediterranean Villa”

Rossmoor
Serafano, 11542 Weatherby Rd

This was a fun project where we transformed the front courtyard into a beautiful and functional Italian Garden. This is no ordinary garden with raised beds and trim of stone. Also a tranquil fountain and a bench seat. All you need is a nice glass of wine and you are in Tuscany!

“Front Yard Entertaining”

PollardGarden
Pollard, 2691 Copa de Oro Dr

This is a pool remodel where we elevated the pool to create a whole new feel and increased functionality. There is a nice firepit to take off the chill on a brisk evening. There are few front yard pools in Rossmoor and none as cool as this one!

“Pizza Oven – Party House”

Barcelo Garden
Barcelo, 11302 Foster Rd

This rear yard has a little bit of everything we do! In this remodel we reduced the size of the pool by almost half to give more decking and other functionality. We added a spa, slide, water feature, firepit, BBQ & pizza center and a patio cover with heaters. The landscaping has grown up to really make this an ‘Outdoor Oasis!’

Cheers, JZ
